What is Mental Fitness?
Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).
This measure of your Mental Fitness is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).
Research with 500,000 participants has shown PQ to be the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.

I became immersed in the Positive Intelligence program by Shirzad Chamine, (an exciting, Stanford University research-based breakthrough technology on Mental Fitness). It was, and still is, a game changer for me on how I view and operate in the world. I currently use the techniques with my coaching clients and am seeing great results!
Whenever I experience something powerful in my life I have a hard time keeping it to myself. This program is no exception. I would love for each and every one of you to go on a deep dive with me into the world of MENTAL FITNESS. Every few months, I will be leading a 7-week course similar to the one I participated in. Mental Fitness is so important, especially these days, so do this as a gift to yourself!
This is like Boot camp for your Brain. We wouldn’t get physically fit going to the gym only once a week. It takes consistency and daily practice to see and feel changes. Same thing applies to our Mental fitness. In order to change our habits, we need to give our mental fitness daily work and attention.
We measure our fitness (both physical and mental) on how quickly we recover.
You will learn how to:
Recognize patterns and habits that are holding you back
Have major prospective shifts to reduce triggers
Reach true success, fulfillment and happiness in all areas of your life!
Each POD will have a limited amount of team members to ensure you get the most out of your experience. Your weekly training will entail:
10-15 mins of work each day
Watching a 1 hour video each week
Participating in a 1 hour Team Pod meeting each week
